Wayalailai \u2192 Nadi \u2013 1 h 30 de barque puis 1 h de voiture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la bagatelle de 46 jours sur la petite \u00eele paradisiaque de Wayalailai (un record absolu sur l\u2019ensemble de mes vadrouilles), j\u2019ai finalement repris la route. Enfin, la mer pour commencer. Plut\u00f4t agit\u00e9e d\u2019ailleurs. Inutile de vous dire que j\u2019ai vers\u00e9 de chaudes larmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hier soir, lors d\u2019une ultime c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de kava<\/em> o\u00f9 j\u2019ai eu l\u2019immense honneur d\u2019\u00eatre plac\u00e9 \u00ab devant \u00bb le tanoa<\/em> (la large bassine en bois o\u00f9 le m\u00e9lange est pr\u00e9par\u00e9), et donc d\u2019\u00eatre servi en premier, je me suis permis de r\u00e9citer \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e un petit po\u00e8me \u00e9crit sp\u00e9cialement pour l\u2019occasion. En anglais \u00e9videmment, ce qui \u00e9tait loin d\u2019\u00eatre simple. Il synth\u00e9tise plut\u00f4t bien ces semaines de bonheur pass\u00e9es dans ce bout du monde, alors le voici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I try my best with english words,
To make them sing like colourful birds.
But they don't come that easily,
So tricky to leave properly.

Before reaching this place ages ago,
It was difficult to please my ego.
After years of travels around the world,
Keep serching in vain a nice afterword.

People said : try Wayalailai,
Where the first glimpse will make you cry.
Surreal beauty, rock on a trend,
My quest has maybe found an end.

If you can be a friend with a shark,
Or make the jungle your own park,
The real treasures are interiors,
The big hearts of gentle warriors.

For sure they are no comedian,
Even if you don't speak fijian.
Right here you'll find a family,
Or just a hammock, lazily.

After two months, time for leaving,
Not yet gone, already crying.
But no matter what will happen,
Forever in my heart, this eco haven.
